EGG BREAD

Ingredients

200 g (8 slices) stale bread

110 g (2 ) eggs

60 g (1 coffee cup) milk

20 g (2 tablespoons) oil

Salt, black pepper



Preparation

• Eggs are whipped together with salt, black pepper and milk.

• Bread crusts that are dry are taken with knife.

• Sliced bread is dipped into egg mix equally on both sides

• They are fried evenly in a frying pan.

• Fried egg breads are served with jam or honey.

NOTE:

This recipe is also known by the public as bread fish or papurtlama.
