SALAD WITH FRIED CRISPY BREAD

Ingredients

125 g (5 slices) stale bread

240 g (2 ) tomato

120 g (1 ) cucumber

25 g (1 ) thin green pepper

30 g (2 ) green pepper

20 g (1 ) lemon juice

10 g (2 tablespoon) sour pomegranate molasses

10 g (2 tablespoon) olive oil

Salt



Preparation

• Stale bread is softened in team. Chop them in cubes and add olive oil before frying them in oven for 10 minutes.

• Chop tomato, cucumber, thin green pepper and onion and mix them with fried bread.

• Add pomegranate molasses, olive oil and lemon juice before service.
