Stale Bread Soufflé

½ stale bread

2 egg

3 tablespoons of oil

1 glass of milk

½ packet raising powder

150 gr. Greated white cheese

200 g fresh spinach

½ bunch of dill



Stale bread is sliced in small pieces or crumbed with a device like mixer. Whisk the eggs in a bowl for a while and add other ingredients in it. Mix it well with breadcrumbs and pour it in an oiled tray. Cook it until it is slightly pink in a preheated oven. Slice and serve it when it is warm. Bon appetit…
