Ingredients

160 g (1 bunch) purslane

50 g (2 slices) stale bread

240 g (2 ) tomato

80 g (1 small) onion

10 g (1 tablespoon) vinegar

20 g (2 tablespoon) olive oil

10 g (1 tablespoon) lemon juice

Salt



Preparation

• Purslane leaves are separated.

• Mix finely chopped onions and small pieces of bread with vinegar.

• Mix finely chopped tomatoes with whole purslane leaves.

• Served after olive oil, salt and lemon are added.
