Ingredients

500 g stale bread

20 g cream

5 g granulated sugar

75 g raspberry chocolate

40 g blackberry (fresh or frozen) , pureed fruits of choice



Preparation

All ingredients are pureed in a mixer and then shaped as delighted. Dipped in raspberry chocolate and served. Bon Appetit
